Section 2 of any of the field events can begin when section 1 has finished.
Opening Heights: In HJ the opening height shall be 2” lower than the lowest
entered height. In PV the opening height shall be 6” lower than the lowest
entered height or the lowest that the standards can go if necessary.
Pole Vault Requirements: Any athlete entered in the PV must have competed in
a minimum of 4 PV competitions during the 2021 track season. Any school
entering a PV athlete must have a current certified PV coach on file with the
KHSAA
